STARTER BREAKFAST

To assist you on your first morning, we provide a simple "starter breakfast" consisting of small cereal packs, milk, orange juice, sliced bread, butter, jams, marmalade (etc), tea and coffee. We regret we cannot cater to personal preferences or dietary requirements.

OCCUPANCY

For 1-2 persons, costs are based on the use of 1 bedroom. If the 2nd bedroom is required, an additional fee of $30.00 per adult and $20.00 per child under 12 (per night) will apply.
Couples' Cottages each have 1 Queen + 2 X Double Beds and can accommodate up to 6
Family/Couples Cottages each have 2 Queens plus a Double Bunk and can accommodate up to 6.
Health / safety & insurance regulations preclude us from accommodating guests over and above the numbers mentioned.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Please note that bookings for 5 and more cottages will be considered on an ad-hoc basis and that special conditions may apply. If you wish to book for a group, please e-mail stay@peppermintbrookcottages.com.au in the first instance.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

1 night's deposit will be taken at time of booking and will be refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

Within 30 days (deposit) and 14 days (balance), a refund will only be considered if and when the accommodation is re-let (in full). Please be assured that we will do everything possible to satisfy guests, if cancellation proves necessary.
